Standard Needle
The standard needle is made from magnetic steel. It points north however it can loose is magnetism in time or when left next to great big speakers. It is also not very stable when you are on the move.

NOR Needle
The Nor needle uses a strong magnet attached to the needle. It is thus a lot faster at correcting to North and fairly stable when you move.

Jet Needle
The Jet needle uses an extremely strong and light magnet attached to the needle so it almost constantly points north even when you run. Great at accurate navigation over longer distances or where speed is very important
