POSE RUNNING COACH NOW PRACTICING FROM LAKES RUNNER With more and more being made of 'barefoot' and the POSE running techniques and the advantages they can deliver to reducing injury and helping more consistent training. Lakes Runner decided to invite Erica Donnison, qualified POSE running Coach and teacher of the Alexander Technique to join our other specialist practitioners once a week in our sports injury clinic. Why POSE Running?
Why ALEXANDER Technique? The Alexander Technique is a self-help method which can help you ease neck, shoulder or back pain, RSI and any muscular tension or stiffness that you may habitually hold. It helps you improve your posture and move more freely. Recent research shows that the Technique is particularly helpful for the long-term treatment of chronic low back pain.
